3D Lettering and LED signage is one of the fastest growing areas of the signage market. Because there are still comparatively few letter benders in production, this represents an area where manufacturers can still make attractive margins selling 3D LED letters, light boxes and resin signage not only to end-user clients, but also to other signage companies who do not have the equipment. We visit the factories and consult with the production and design engineers on a regular basis. We do not imagine that we can offer quality products and services to our clients while merely maintaining vague internet-based relationships with suppliers.
People often don't realise that many top European and American brands are manufactured in the East. Our direct relationships with the manufacturers mean that we regularly can offer South Africans machines that are manufactured in the same factories as well known global brands by the same team of production engineers at a fraction of the cost of the known brand. Not only do we personally visit our manufacturers' production facilities abroad regularly but also we regularly attend top international trade exhibitions to ensure that we remain abreast of world trends and cutting edge technologies.
The NSI head office is based in Midrand, Gauteng. However we have expanded to Cape Town and soon to be Durban.
We also offer onsite technical support for our equipment throughout Sub-Saharan Africa. In spite of the strides we make against our competitors in terms of equipment prices and production costs to our clients, our primary focus remains service delivery. We are one of the only local distribution companies that sends our senior technical staff abroad to be trained onsite at manufacturing facilities to ensure the best possible local technical support for our valued customers.
