Many of our clients have requested that we start a dedicated installations page where they can view some of our previous channel letter bender installations. So by popular demand, here it is!
We've started with the Sign Odyssey installation in Durban in September 2017 - however we're the longest standing most trusted channel letter bender suppliers in Sub-Saharan Africa and there are many previous installations not featured here, simply because we had to start somewhere. Contact our office for information regarding previous EZ CNC Channel Letter bender installations or to find a 3D LED signage supplier in your area.

Sign Odyssey - Durban
September 2017

Exciting time - our first CNC channel letter bender at Sign Odyssey in Durban is up and running. They are running the EZ model D bender that will enable them to manufacture 3D LED signage using both profile media and flat coil media. Their new machine took only 12 working days to arrive. By Thursday late morning their new machine had been installed and set up and everyone was ready to begin operator training in earnest.

The new machine is easy to operate and the dedicated, enthusiastic team at Sign Odyssey took to the new equipment like champions. By the end of the day completed returns were starting to pile up as the guys (and lady) got the hang of it and started to run with it, supervised by our skilled trainer but unassisted.

That evening after we left their premises, they produced their first completed letter for a pending sign order in a fraction of the time it would have taken them to do it by hand, with a perfectly fit facing. Talk about hitting the ground running! Pictured on the left (from left to right) Wiseman Kulu from NSI 4 Africa, Kirsten de Beer and Aiden Kruger from Sign Odyssey.

Kirsten complimented NSI on the quality of the training, she says that Wiseman was excellent and very helpful. The NSI 4 Africa team went out of their way to ensure that the installation went smoothly so that order deadlines could be met, even working late and making themselves available on weekends. The interface is easy to understand and she mastered it in less than half a day. She noted that her background in design made it especially easy to grasp the concepts. Within a week of receiving the machine she has already completed signs of 12m and 15 m for customers with more jobs pending! We are super impressed with Kirsten - she absolutely rocked that EZ channel letter bender. Who says ladies can't be GREAT CNC machine operators?
